In this customer-facing role, you’ll help bridge the gap between our brand and our audience — coordinating live activations, supporting community events, and ensuring consistent, engaging brand experiences. • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, community events, and pop-up activations.

• Represent the brand at live events — engaging with customers, answering questions, and sharing product or service information.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align event and marketing goals with overall brand strategy.

• Assist with social media content creation, local promotions, and campaign tracking.

• Manage event and marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.

• Collect and organize customer feedback and event insights to help improve future marketing efforts.

• Contribute creative ideas for new activations and engagement strategies.

• Enthusiastic, personable, and confident engaging with people face-to-face.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• A self-starter who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

• Interested in marketing, communications, brand strategy, or event promotion.

• Comfortable working evenings or weekends during key campaigns and activations.

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs when setting up displays or event materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required).

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
