Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 10 Hour Days (6 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM)

Hours per Week : 40

Openings : 3 Operating Room RN positions

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1900 - $1950

Operating Room RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with Nursys verification

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

Proven ability to work across multiple surgical specialties : General, Neuro, Ortho, Robotics

Completion of all required health screenings and immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB / PPD, etc.)

Successful background check and employment verification

Strong skills in electronic health record (EHR) documentation and computer proficiency

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in the operating room environment

Assess patient needs using medical history, observation, and diagnostic data

Delegate, supervise, and evaluate surgical team activities

Implement nursing interventions according to Plan of Care and physician orders

Complete and verify Safe Surgery checklists for all surgical procedures

Accurately document patient care and surgical details in EHR systems

Utilize health and safety equipment to protect patients and staff

Prepare operating room and position patients for surgery

Serve as a communication liaison between patient families and the surgical team

Support department efficiency and contribute to daily operations

Pursue ongoing professional growth through continuing education

Participate in assigned call rotation as scheduled

Assist in the control and maintenance of surgical supplies and equipment

Perform circulating nurse duties efficiently and effectively
