Speech and Language Pathologist / CFY

Nova Health Therapies, Inc. is currently seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for full time school-based SLP opportunities, working with population with Autism and severe needs in the

• Alameda County area of California
• . The professional will hold a current or be eligible for California State Speech Language Pathologist License or Clinical Fellowship.
• Based on a 185 day school year at 8 hours per day, the hourly range of pay is between $65.00 up to $87.83 (equivalent to $96,200 to $130,000 per school year) plus a $3000 retention bonus.
• Duties of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Undertake assessment procedures, techniques, and standardized tests necessary for thorough and accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.
• Undertake development and implementation of Individualized Education Plan including initial, annual, triennial and interim plans
• Have knowledge and expertise in Special Education areas.
• Perform all other Speech Pathologist duties as assigned.
• Requirements of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program
• Possess or be eligible for American Speech Hearing Language Association Certificate of Clinical Competence
• Current or eligible for Speech Language Pathologist License or Clinical Fellowship issued by State of Speech and Hearing Board of the State of California
• Experience in specific areas such as language disorders, speech sound disorders, and autism
• Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and techniques of speech-language therapy
