Operations Manager (Onsite – NW Portland, OR) Compensation & Benefits
Base salary : ~$80,000 DOE
Bonus program starting at 20% (company performance based)

CV Resources has partnered with a highly respected workplace solutions and logistics organization in Portland to identify a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, process improvement, and fleet coordination . This is a full-time, onsite leadership role supporting a growing team and a major upcoming facility transition.

Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations, including safety, workflow management, and team oversight.
Maintain precise inventory control across multiple product categories and custom client orders .
Partner with a wide network of manufacturing partners to ensure smooth order flow and delivery accuracy.
Work closely with the installation team on scheduling, project coordination, and customer delivery standards.
Oversee maintenance, scheduling, and safety compliance for a fleet of delivery trucks.
Implement and champion operational best practices, including LEAN, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support leadership on the build-out and transition to a new warehouse and office space which will be a showroom and center of excellence.
Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism—warehouse environment will be client-facing.
Provide direct leadership to a team of three ; support, coach, and develop team members.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or similar operational environments.
Experience managing customized product workflows or high-mix inventory strongly preferred.
Hands-on leadership style with willingness to step into operational tasks, including assisting with loading / unloading as needed.
Strong understanding of operational process optimization; experience with LEAN / 5S or Six Sigma is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and leadership teams.
Comfortable working full-time onsite with occasional non-standard work hours.
