Job descriptionssist Gen AI use-cases with designing, developing, and implementing scalable & efficient solutions. The suite of Gen AI investments is designed to drive operational efficiency, improve quality, enhance risk detection, improve customer experience, and strengthen controls. Focused on automating manual and complex operational activities including Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), KYC reviews, and fraud risk assessments disputes. Provide guidance and technical expertise to cross-functional teams during their planning, POC, and production implementation phases. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and methodologies for solution development. Manage our program book of work, resources, ensuring alignment with business priorities and key performance indicator. Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering effective client relationships. Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI, cloud technologies, and solution architecture. Keep abreast of latest solutions for implementations in GenAI environment. Drive internal improvement by proposing enhancements to existing processes and solutions. Drives new data insights to uncover business opportunities & revenue streams. Works with key stakeholders to generate hypotheses and create analytic models that answer impactful business questions. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets using various supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms such as regression, classification or clustering ML approaches where applicable. Experienced in Data Wrangling and Dynamic Model Tuning.
Job Description
Must Have Technical / Functional Skills
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture.
- Exposure to GenAI tools and technologies (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI / ML pipelines, Statistics, APIs, and data integration techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
