About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and results-driven Head of Finance to lead its financial operations and play a pivotal role in the company's future growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for forging a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's mission and ambitious growth. This includes precision forecasting, capital and cash flow management, and KPI-driven performance. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with crafting compelling investor narratives, empowering the organization with financial tools, and ensuring operational partnership to drive top-line growth and capital efficiency.

Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in telehealth, e-commerce, SaaS, or D2C, and start-up experience. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in driving financial excellence, including margin improvement, capital planning, and cross-functional financial support. Technical acumen in hybrid cash and GAAP environments, as well as a deep understanding of PC / MSO operations, is essential. The ideal candidate will be versatile, with the ability to navigate both strategic planning and tactical execution, and hold a CPA, CFA, or equivalent, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus.
