Your Role

As a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) , you will play a crucial role in delivering wellness services to senior residents in various care settings, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Your expertise will help improve their functional well-being and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy and wellness services tailored for older adults.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Support care coordination by conducting regular wellness check-ins and collaborating with healthcare providers and caregivers.
  • Maintain professional practices and ethical standards in line with company policies.
  • Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize each patient’s functional well-being and satisfaction.

Your Schedule

Our clinics typically operate from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday , but we offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle!
