We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with 8–10 years of hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform implementation, particularly focused on Supplier Portal and multi-system integrations. The ideal candidate will lead architectural discussions, design end-to-end solutions, and guide technical teams throughout the full development lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead architecture discussions as the Supplier Portal representative and define scalable, robust, and secure ServiceNow solutions.
- Architect and design ServiceNow Service Portal / Supplier Portal features and capabilities.
- Define integration patterns and guide the implementation, configuration, and support of interfaces and integrations across multiple portal systems.
- Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices, standards, and platform governance.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and SMEs to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements.Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.Evaluate business processes and recommend optimal process improvements using ServiceNow capabilities.Project Delivery & Technical Leadership
Provide end-to-end solution guidance across all ServiceNow modules and applications involved.Support development teams in preparing design documents, technical specifications, and configuration approaches.Oversee and review development, testing, and implementation activities to ensure alignment with the architecture and requirements.Serve as the technical escalation point for complex integrations or architectural challenges.Lifecycle Management & Maintenance
Lead deployment, post-implementation reviews, and platform maintenance activities.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform upgrade roadmaps.Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and platform optimization.Roadmap Planning & Product Ownership Support
Collaborate with process owners to define product roadmaps and long-term architectural strategies.Break down roadmap requirements into user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and proper prioritization.Ensure business value alignment with technical feasibility for all roadmap items.Qualifications
8–10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Technical Architect.Proven expertise in Service Portal / Supplier Portal implementations.Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow applications, including configuration, scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom app development.Hands-on experience designing and building integrations with external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, web services).Experience in Agile delivery, user story creation, and backlog grooming.Strong understanding of ITSM / ITOM / SPM or other major ServiceNow modules.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Required Skills
