Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions in healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities

Solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements to ensure project alignment and reduce defects

Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships across various organizational levels

Collaborate with project sponsors, end-users, and development teams to define project scope and ensure clarity

Required Qualifications

Minimum bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Experience in a Project Management Organization preferred

Proficiency in designing and implementing project management methodologies

Knowledge of healthcare workflows and claim processing is a plus
