About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Field Service Delivery to take on a senior leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of field service strategies to enhance the quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction of the service delivery team in the Western US. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing and optimizing budgets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and proactive communication. The role also involves leading and developing a team of regional managers and field service professionals, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Applicants for the Associate Vice President of Field Service Delivery position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing field service delivery and customer management, with a proven track record of improvement in budget, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators. The role requires strong leadership, operational, and budget management skills, as well as the ability to lead a team and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a background in P&L management, be adept at data-driven management, and possess excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or significant leadership experience in reactive field service delivery to banking and retail customers is also a key requirement.
