Job description

Join a collegial team of 5 CRNAs at a thriving community hospital, located in one of greater Minneapolis' fastest growing areas :

Independent / autonomous CRNA practice model
Full time pay for a 4-day Monday-Thursday work week!
Level IV trauma, 4 ORs, ~2000 cases in 2024
Nicely varied case mix : lots of General Surgery and Ortho, plus ENT, Ophthalmology, ObGyn, Uro, Podiatry, etc. No heads / hearts / Peds
Exceptionally close-knit, collegial relationships between surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, techs, etc. There are no "power struggles" here.

Extremely competitive compensation : Base salary + call stipend = $330-350K+, with additional lucrative earnings available.

Up to $80K+ signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support

No on-site call / beeper call only & additional generous call-back pay for any return to facility

Robust benefits package includes 37-42 days of Time Off, plus 10 days of Caregiver Leave
