We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in IT SaaS Healthcare to lead the design and evolution of next-generation healthcare technology solutions.

Position Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PracticeSuite’s suite of SaaS healthcare products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate market needs and business goals into detailed product requirements and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, and sales—to deliver high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product management or a similar role within the healthcare technology or SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned modules or product lines.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and innovation opportunities in healthcare SaaS.
• Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Collaborate with the Engineering, UI / UX, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data security, privacy, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.) in all product designs.
• Develop and communicate clear product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product launch activities, including coordination with marketing, training, and support teams.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate product success and inform future improvements.
• Partner with executive leadership to align product initiatives with company strategy and customer success goals.
• Stay updated on U.S. healthcare trends, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI), and reimbursement processes to ensure product relevance and compliance.
