Experience with calipers, micrometers, and blueprint reading is required.

Shift : 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm - Monday-Thursday

Pay Rate : $20-$22 DOE

Quality Inspector Duties

• Perform inspection on Bergara barrels, pistol, and rifle components, in-process rifles, and finished goods and provide the Quality Manager with all inspection reports.
• Deliver inspected components to proper departments.
• Set up & operate the CMM.
• Manual hard check components using calipers, micrometers, optical comparator, etc.
• Check hardness of barrels.
• Verifies serial numbers on serialized parts.
• Complete all paperwork required to ship with finished parts.
• Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
