What You’ll Do :

• Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of diagnoses in a skilled nursing setting
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that promote independence and quality of life
• Work closely with other therapists, nursing staff, and families to support each resident’s goals
• Document progress using efficient systems and stay on top of best practices in care
