Schedule Details : Nights, 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, holiday rotation.

Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , caring for a diverse and complex patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies, spine surgeries, and stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, alongside medical overflow cases.As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , you will gain exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.

Must hold an active Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Completion of an accredited Nursing program.Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Skills and Abilities :
Ability to provide holistic care with a patient and family focus.Strong problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills.Proficient in electronic medical record systems with excellent communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a team environment.Physical Requirements :
