Position : Homeowner Outreach Specialist

Join our team as a Homeowner Outreach Specialist! You’ll go door-to-door in neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, and set up FREE estimates for windows, doors, and roofing services.

Responsibilities

Walk assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
Introduce our company and offer FREE window, door and roof inspections.
Schedule appointments— no selling required .

Requirements

Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable talking to new people.

Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with new people

No experience needed — we provide full training.

Position Offer

Base Pay + Commission (Average $50K–$75K yearly).
