We are looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) part-time 20 hours toprovidetop notchcustomer service to our clients and customers at our Wheat Ridge branch . Looking for Individuals who are available Monday through Friday

Essential Functions :

Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures whilemaintainingan acceptable balancing record.

• Identifiesand addresses clients needs byprovidinga variety of services which may include opening new accounts issuing counter checks performing account maintenance issuing / activation ATM cards performing money transfers ordering checks receiving loan payments etc.
• Resolvesclientsproblems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identifiesand maximizes cross-sellbanksopportunities through exploring needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering customer service balancing or other related experience.

Basic knowledge of math cashiering balancing debits credits bank products and / or banking.

Must have solidbalancingand customer service skills.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $19.00 - $21.00 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
