What You'll Do
As Operations Manager, you will play a central role in aligning people, processes, and performance. You'll work closely with department leaders and frontline team members to ensure we deliver services efficiently, profitably, and with excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily field operations across multiple service lines (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)Lead and mentor service managers and department leads to meet operational, financial, and customer service goalsDevelop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures and workflowsCollaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure scheduling efficiency and job completion targetsMonitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvementSupport recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training of technicians and managersManage inventory controls, fleet management, vendor relationships, and facility needsServe as a cross-functional leader, working closely with HR, Finance, and Marketing to support company-wide initiativesPromote and uphold a positive company culture that reflects our valuesWhat You Bring
