The role involves supporting program delivery in partnership with CIO and LOB teams, managing one or more strategic RPA initiatives through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), utilizing SME knowledge, and delivering standards, methodologies, and shared capabilities to promote RPA adoption and delivery excellence. As a key member of the capability team, the developer will also support functions across strategy, process design, infrastructure, governance, and community of practice. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Applications, or related Seven (7) years of experience in development, IT, or related fields, including : distributed architectures, OO programming, SOA, web services, messaging paradigms, and RPA Skills in UiPath, application instrumentation and monitoring, strategic automation frameworks, continuous delivery, application development, SDLC, and performance profiling Experience with technologies such as Web (.NET, J2EE), desktop applications (Windows, Java), integration technologies, and other platforms Salary : $122,720 per year Workstyle : Hybrid About Raymond James Raymond James is a diversified financial services company providing wealth management, capital markets, asset management, banking, and other services.
