Job Description
Responsible for implementing Treasury Management services for existing corporate and commercial clients within the Treasury Client Onboarding & Servicing (Operations) space. May include multi-product setup requests depending on client need. This role ensures accurate and timely delivery of service modifications and new account setups, coordinating across internal teams and could include managing project-level activities for complex implementations. This role is client facing and will work closely with customer service, sales and relationship managers to deliver on client requests. Strong written and verbal communication skills needed. Treasury Management (TM) knowledge preferred but not required.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. Three to five years of related experience.
Preferred Skills / Experience :
Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Project management background. Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
This role has multiple levels, open to candidates. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Location Expectations :
This role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
