The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key customer accounts while ensuring exceptional service across all sales channels including retail phone sales e-commerce and B2B. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring client satisfaction timely communication and accurate order management. The Account Manager will oversee 2 associates and collaborate closely with internal teams including operations customer service sales and finance to support a seamless customer experience and drive account-level performance.
