Your Role

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , you’ll play a crucial role in delivering mental health therapy services while expanding or launching your private practice. With Headway’s support, you can navigate the complexities of insurance and ensure compliance—all while improving client access to care.

About You

• You’re a fully licensed Professional Counselor at a Master’s level or above with one of the following licenses : LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, or LPCC-S (specifics vary by state).
• You hold a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• You’re eager to launch a private practice or grow your existing one by accepting insurance.
