An Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician position available in Ohio, offering a competitive base salary of $415,000 with additional bonuses up to $320,000. The role provides a supportive work environment with a flexible schedule, autonomy in practice, and opportunities for teaching. Ideal candidates should be either residents or experienced physicians, with Board Certification in OB / GYN and active licensure or the ability to obtain one.

Up to $320,000 in Bonuses Available!

Position Highlights :

Ideal Work Environment : Joining 5 OB / GYNs, skilled APPs, Stellar Support staff, and Laborist team 24 / 7 to attend deliveries.
Desirable Practice Setting : Full Autonomy over your practice, robotics available, EPIC EMR, and opportunities for teaching
Work-Life Balance : Schedule flexibility with the ability to be as busy as you'd like; quick ramp-up!
Favorable Call Schedule : Minimal to No Call requirements (site-specific)

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation : Base salary starting at $415,000 + No Cap wRVUs (be as busy as you want to be!)

Qualifications :

Degree : MD / DO

Certifications : Board Eligible / Board Certified in OB / GYN
