Overview
This position is responsible for recruiting donors into various automation platforms to optimize product utilization and achieve organizational goals. The role involves implementing first-time donor automation conversion programs to increase donor frequency and retention. The individual will educate donors and staff, facilitate field conversions, and participate in ongoing evaluation of the donor base to refine recruitment strategies for greater effectiveness.

Education and Experience :
Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Experience : Two years of sales, account management, or similar experience preferred. Experience in public relations, customer service, or volunteering is helpful.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience that provide the necessary skills and knowledge are acceptable.
Licenses / Certifications :
Valid drivers license required and must be maintained.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge : Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant software applications.
Skills & Abilities : Attention to detail, ability to work independently, strong interpersonal skills, effective communication in writing and verbally, team collaboration, organizational skills, responsiveness to management, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and problem-solving abilities.
