About the Role

As our Administrator, you will lead with integrity, empathy, and purpose—guiding a talented team to deliver the highest standard of care. This role suits someone who excels at building teams, nurturing a supportive culture, and improving resident and staff satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • A current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Colorado.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting, with stable tenure preferred.
  • A natural leader who inspires trust and positivity, with mentoring skills.
  • Proven success in employee retention, recruitment, and culture-building.
  • A commitment to excellence in resident care and operational performance.
  • What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations focusing on resident-centered care.
  • Create and maintain a work culture where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered.
  • Lead recruitment and retention strategies to strengthen our team.
  • Partner with department leaders to ensure quality, compliance, and ongoing improvement.
  • Serve as a visible, approachable leader for staff, residents, and families.
  • Basic Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license in Colorado.
  • 3-5 years of executive leadership in a senior housing community.
  • Experience in personnel management, relationship sales, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English).
  • Proficiency with relevant technology.
  • Knowledge of third-party reimbursement systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, or Entry Fee Community guidelines is preferred.
  • Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

  • Ability to handle objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.
  • Comfortable with frequent interruptions and interactions with residents, families, visitors, and team members.
