Qualifications : New Jersey Substitute Certification or New Jersey Teaching Certificate

At least 60 college credits are required to apply for a substitute certificate.

Substitute Teachers : $110 per day

Substitute Teacher Assistants $15.49 per hour

Responsibilities : Cover for Teacher Absences.
