• All shifts below end the following day at 7a.

• Jan 23 (7a) - 28 (7a)
• Feb 20 (7a) - 26 (7a)
• Mar 6 (7a) - 11 (7a)
• Setting : Call
• FTE : 1
• Required Procedures / Job Duties : Pending from site
• EMR : EPIC
• Support Staff : None
• Reason for Coverage : Provider absence
• Dealbreakers (Do Not Present) : Pending from site
• Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
• EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day.
