About the Role
At Fal, our Enterprise Account Managers guide some of the world’s most innovative organizations through their Generative Media transformation. You’ll partner with a curated portfolio of strategic enterprise customers—each investing heavily in AI-driven creativity and media generation. As the trusted advisor and primary point of contact across multiple business units, you’ll ensure that Fal’s infrastructure remains the backbone of each customer’s generative media initiatives. You’ll drive account expansion, revenue growth, and long‑term success while collaborating closely with Fal’s engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
