Job description$300 sign-on + $300 orientation = $600 cash your first week Guaranteed weekly pay throughout the training period Solo pay : $1,200–$1,500+ weekly after upgrade Pay per mile starts at $0.56 CPM (practical miles) after training Detention, layover and safety bonuses Full medical, dental, vision + 401(k) after 30 days Rider and pet program available after 30 days Valid CDL-A, age 21+ 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school Clean-ish recent MVR / PSP (case-by-case review) Pass DOT physical and drug screen
