Job Responsibilities :

• Design and lead a cutting-edge GI program aligned with Vision 2030.
• Establish a dynamic academic GI division emphasizing research, education, and advanced clinical care.
• Develop and expand advanced GI services, including complex endoscopic procedures.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of GI hospitalists, faculty, and support staff.
• Serve as a clinical leader, managing complex GI cases.
• Facilitate collaboration across specialties, especially in cancer care.
• Ensure consistent endoscopic block time and manage strong referral volumes.
• Foster workforce development through mentoring and culture-building.
• Enhance access and address health disparities by engaging underserved communities.
• Maintain compliance with required certifications and disclosures.
• This position is open only to experienced gastroenterologists.
