We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist I to join our innovative Operating Room team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and are looking for a role where you can truly make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Position Highlights :

  • Full Time : 40 hours per week
  • Pay Range : $26.10 - $39.15
  • Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
  • Benefits Eligible : Yes

    • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a clean and safe surgical environment, utilizing aseptic techniques to prepare for procedures.
  • Assist with surgical procedures, anticipating the surgeon's needs, and ensuring a sterile field.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to set up and clean the operating room effectively.
  • Transport patients and supplies, and maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and help to manage surgical instruments and supplies.

    • What You Bring :

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 6 months.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent patient care.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Willingness to comply with safety requirements including the use of personal protective equipment.
