OBGYN Needed, Walk Into Established Practice

OB / GYN needed to join established, hospital-employed group. Compensation : $400,000 base salary plus call pay / Sign-on bonus : $50,000 / Educational debt forgiveness up to $300,000 / Relocation assistance / Immediate eligibility for annual productivity incentive bonus Benefits : Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD & D insurance, malpractice coverage with tail, 403(b) retirement plan plus 457(b) tax-deferral option, employee child care center on site with pre-school and after school programs plus paid time off of six weeks (30 days) and one week of CME time, $5,000 professional expense allowance, and more. Situation : Blessing Health System's department of Obstetrics & Gynecology seeks an additional OB / GYN to it's established, busy practice. Currently, our group is staffed by four Board Certified OB / GYN physicians and three nurse practitioners. We seek a board certified OB / GYN or board tracking resident who has outstanding clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to generate exceptionally high and consistent patient and staff satisfaction. The OB / GYN practice is located in a newer clinic building connected via sky-bridge to the hospital. The Blessing Breast Center, a state-of-the-art mammography facility is adjacent to the clinic. The hospital offers full support services for deliveries, newborns, and gynecological surgery, including LDR rooms, a high-risk nursery, and both in-patient and out-patient surgery. There are in-house CRNAs as well as a Laborist group 24-7. Call schedule will be 1 : 5. Weekend call 1 : 8 Blessing Health System employs over 250 physicians and advanced practice providers. The System operates Blessing Hospital, a 349-bed regional referral center in Quincy, Illinois, (population 45,000) and Illini Community Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital in Pittsfield, Illinois, (population 4,200).
