Located inside the historic Charles Hotel, Bar Enza offers a refined yet lively dining experience with a strong commitment to hospitality, seasonality, and culinary excellence.

What We’re Looking For :

  • At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience
  • A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Ability to work clean, stay organized, and communicate clearly
  • A team player who takes pride in quality and consistency
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and bring great energy to the team
