Product Delivery Manager (Remote)

We're looking for a Product Delivery Manager for our Travel Booking Platform & Regional Solutions in the Nordics. The Booking platform is built on Amadeus products and supports booking processes for air, rail, car, ground transportation and hotel services.

We are also responsible for other regional solutions and a reporting tool. In this role, you will also manage a small team and collaborate closely with stakeholders and clients to deliver a solution that meets operational needs. This is not an IT role- we are seeking someone with extensive travel industry experience and strong GDS expertise, particularly Amadeus, to understand the processes and drive product excellence. At the same time, while this is not a technical position, we need someone who enjoys the technical aspects of configuration and system capabilities alongside their travel knowledge.

As a Product Delivery Manager, you will :

• Work together with the team to plan roadmap and prioritize the various projects we are working on.
• Conduct assessments of requests, understand the request / issue and summarized feedback.
• Coordinate product releases, including testing, documentation, and communication with stakeholders internal & external.
• Serve as a product and process subject matter expert and when required take lead in projects.
• Product configuration, testing and maintenance (mainly Amadeus products). This includes 2nd Level support.
• Define and implement best practices across our organization.
• Take part in customer implementation projects.
• Product introduction / presentation if required.
• Attend meetings & steering group meetings internal and external.
