Job description

Job Title : Change Management Consultant III Duties : Location : Montvale, NJ (Please note this role will be fully remote and the selected candidate will not be expected to report to any onsite location Responsible for building a business change view of the Global Integrated Value Chain (IVC) program. Identifying the business impacts and support (behaviour change, adoption of new ways of working etc) required to deliver the program benefits and realise the expected return on investment (ROI What you will do Create and maintain a view of program changes with a focus on the impact to people and adoption, identifying any challenges that exist and facilitating resolution of these challenges. Assess and classify the change portfolio to determine the right business / people change strategy and approach. Recognise and manage any 'people' dependencies across technology change initiatives allowing you to maximise the impact of your team in delivering the program / projects. Provide expert change strategy, change and communications planning to technology-enabled business change challenges. Define and measure success criteria with regard to the way we manage change and adoption, as well as implementing appropriate mechanisms to gather actionable employee feedback, generating actions and tracking them to successful implementation. Ensure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to projects. Conduct portfolio-level impact analyses and assess change readiness in functions where high levels of change are expected. Train, coach and provide guidance to Project and Programme Managers as well as Leaders and Managers throughout the organisation in regard to successful change management. Review the change management approach employed by Project teams on individual projects and provide best practice guidance on opportunities for improvement. Work with the digital transformation adoption team to ensure clear approaches to business adoption for both digital transformation and other technology projects. Skills : 10-15+ years Transformational Change and Change Management with 10-15+ leadership experience Courage and determination to challenge current practices Experienced in overseeing large delivery programmes and managing change portfolios Ability to liaise with internal and external partner organisations, for the provision of consulting or delivery services Deep expertise in initiating, leading and managing technology-led change and technology adoption Affinity with and understanding of the consequences of IT management and IT delivery Expertise in transformational change and change management methods and their application, with emphasis on driving measurable business results Experience upskilling others in Change Management Experience within a large, global organisation Strong stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills (excel and other reporting tools) Highly organised with an ability to meet tight deadlines Required Skills : CHANGE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMS BUDGET COACHING PROJECT MANAGEMENT
