About the Job Power Labor is hiring Construction General Laborers with experience in roofing and commercial construction for a short-term project in Jackson, MI. Job Duties Assist with roof tear-offs, installations, and repairs Apply seal coats, spray foam, and coatings Perform power washing and site cleanup General labor tasks for commercial construction projects Assist crew with setup, safety, and material handling Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions Requirements Experience in roofing and commercial construction labor required Must be able to report daily to the Jackson, MI job site Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required Must provide your own tools and PPE Comfortable working long hours (55+ hours per week average) with overtime Ability to work at heights safely Must pass a 5-panel drug screen Temporary role for project duration Benefits with Power Labor Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime pay opportunities (average 55+ hours weekly) Weekly pay with direct deposit We are actively recruiting now for this project in Jackson, MI.
