Shop Foreman or Master Technician About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced Shop Foreman or Master Technician to lead our service team and ensure top-quality repair and maintenance work. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing complex vehicle issues, guiding and mentoring technicians, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring jobs are done right the first time.

Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day shop operations and assign work to technicians

Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle issues

Perform advanced repairs and quality control inspections

Train, mentor, and support junior technicians

Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers when needed

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Monitor shop equipment and inventory

Requirements :

ASE Master Certification is a Must!

5+ years of hands-on technician experience

Proven leadership or supervisory experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
