A company is looking for a Learning & Development Senior Coordinator to manage and enhance their global onboarding program.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end global employee onboarding program
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding schedules and live sessions
Collect feedback and data to measure onboarding effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of Learning & Development or training-related experience
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Familiarity with hybrid work environments and managing virtual and in-person sessions
Program management or logistics / operations experience
Understanding of adult learning principles and learning experience design principles
