Hours : 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
Job Responsibilities :
Distribute and collect office mail, packages, storage boxes and computer hardwareExamine outgoing mail for appearance and proper addressing, and seal envelopes by hand or machineStamp outgoing mail by hand or with postage meter, and weigh mail to determine that postage is correctProcess and maintain records of registered mail, express delivery mail and packagesMay fold letters or circulars, insert in envelopes, stamp and dispatchOther office administrative tasks as assignedDistribute and collect office mail, packages, storage boxes and computer hardwareExamine outgoing mail for appearance and proper addressing, and seal envelopes by hand or machineStamp outgoing mail by hand or with postage meter, and weigh mail to determine that postage is correctProcess and maintain records of registered mail, express delivery mail and packagesMay fold letters or circulars, insert in envelopes, stamp and dispatchOther office administrative tasks as assignedSkills :

Education / Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of mail processing and general office / administrative function preferred.
