Job description

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. Key Responsibilities Act as an advisor to customers, handling complex technical issues and creating knowledge base articles Perform product troubleshooting and collaborate with development teams for incident resolution Implement readiness programs and contribute to automation techniques for process improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience in technical support Willingness to work weekends and be on call as necessary Ability to meet security screening requirements, including citizenship verification Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, or Azure Identity is preferred Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts
