We're looking for a hands on, performance focused Automotive Operations Manager who knows how to keep all departments working seamlessly together, organize workflow, motivate technicians, and keep the shop running like a well-oiled machine.

What I Solve :

• I show up first to command authority and lead by example skills with an open door policy
• I lead a daily morning meeting at 7am that sets the tone, unifies the team, and gets the shop moving.
• I fix workflow jams I keep 7 technicians productive, prioritized, and moving fast to meet daily, weekly, and monthly financial goals.
• I turn issues into improvements. If a process isn't working, I identify it and implement change.
• I meet deadlines without sacrificing quality or integrity.
• I mentor technicians through tough diagnostics and complicated repairs.
• I ensure our reputation stays spotless by enforcing top tier procedures and workmanship.
• I solve customer frustration. I make sure every job leaves right the first time. No workmanship comebacks, no excuses
• I solve team misfires. I build, coach, and hold the crew accountable, without burning them out.
• I solve low output. I track KPIs, manage labor hours, and boost efficiency across every job.
