Seeking BC / BE Urgent Care Physician!!

Urgent Care - 2 hour drive from Chicago & Indianapolis!

Hospital is seeking to recruit a BC / BE

• Urgent Care physician; this position will require the candidate to be experienced in urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, and or occupational medicine. This position will work with two other physicians. Because of the urgent care component, Physician must be willing to see pediatric patients as well.
• Hospital By-laws require board certification within 5 years of board eligibility
