Job Details Location : Midland, TX Job Type : Full-time Responsibilities Work with a multidisciplinary team to generate and execute development plans that maximize the value of PRs Delaware Basin Assets. Provide reservoir engineering support with a focus on economic analysis, rate transient analysis, decline curve analysis, material balance, and volumetrics. Analyze well spacing and production practices to optimize value across acreage. Monitor reservoir fluids and production performance to generate accurate forecasts. Support reserves analysis and assist in quarterly reserves updates and biannual bank redeterminations. Evaluate reserves and the value of potential acquisitions, divestitures, and trades, and collaborate on A&D strategy. Coordinate with the Finance team to maintain long-term budgets and update forecasts. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's in Engineering with 8+ years in oil and gas engineering, including 4+ years in reservoir engineering. Proficiency in ARIES and Microsoft Office. Experience with unconventional resource plays. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Operations experience (production, completions, drilling). Knowledge of Spotfire, ComboCurve, and Whitson+ (RTA). Experience in the Delaware Basin.
