Service Porter

Core responsibilities :

• Vehicle movement and organization : Moving vehicles to different locations on the lot such as from the service intake area to a technicians bay or into the display lot.
• Lot and service area upkeep : Keeping the service department and customer waiting area clean and organized.
• Customer interaction : Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner answering basic questions and sometimes driving customers to their homes or workplaces.
• Administrative support : Documenting vehicle information placing service tags and helping to prepare vehicles for customers by placing seat covers and floor mats.
• Assisting technicians : Providing support to service technicians as needed such as moving vehicles or retrieving parts.
