Behavior Technician (After-School ABA) – Northern New Jersey

Flywheel Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for children in Northern New Jersey, including Cedar Knolls, Morristown, Flanders, Blairstown, and Saddle Brook.

Responsibilities :

• Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in client homes
• Support social, communication, and daily-living skill development
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Record and report session data
• Build positive relationships with families
