What You’ll Do

  • Convert inbound Zillow Flex leads into active buyers and sellers
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations and property tours
  • Manage client communication and transactions using CRM and provided tools
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training, and accountability coaching
  • Collaborate with a full inside sales and transaction coordination team

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Expected income range : $125,000 – $195,000+ annually
  • 100% commission-based with performance bonuses

  • Active California real estate license
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Willingness to follow proven systems and participate in coaching
  • Self-driven and committed to growing a full-time real estate business

    We’re actively hiring agents in : Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Chino, Covina, Arcadia, Pasadena, West Covina, Pomona, Glendora, Claremont, La Puente, El Monte, Whittier, La Habra, and Duarte.
