Ages 18+
At Cedar Point, work is FUN! Working as a Resort Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will act as a liaison for all communication between associates and leadership. Youll also
- Oversee the operation which includes training, motivating, evaluating, developing and coaching associates.
- Complete miscellaneous administrative paperwork, maintain accurate records of training paperwork and attendance.
- Meet Six Flags' attendance requirements as outlined in Six Flags' attendance policies.
- Adhere to Six Flags' Rules of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Employee Guidelines and other park / division specific policies and procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Resort Food & Beverage Supervisors will be assigned to one of our various loacations and may work in either Back of House or a Front of House. Job Duties vary between positions.
