RN Visit Nurse - Home Health (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and professional Home Health RN Visit Nurse to provide targeted care and skilled nursing services, recertifications, and occasional supervisory visits - in a Part-Time capacity - to our clients in Mansfield, Ohio and surrounding areas in up to a 1-hour radius.

• Position : Home Health RN Visit Nurse
• Location : Based anywhere in Ohio with ability to serve Mansfield, OH and up to a 1-hour radius
• Type : Part Time, with predictable schedule (

Potential to increase to Full time if desired (not required)

Active RN, preferably with home health agency experience. Must have active license and ability to practice in the State of Ohio.

Job Summary

As a Home Health Visit Nurse , you will be instrumental in coordinating and providing patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes.

Our nurses function as a Caregiver, Teacher, and Advocate; working in partnership with the family, our nursing staff brings a commitment to support and assist with the family in their caregiver role. As a caregiver, the nurse will provide ongoing assessment of our patient's condition response to treatments and developmental progress. As a teacher, the nurse will instruct the family on procedures, medications, safe use of equipment, and compliance with the treatments.

Reports to : Regional Administrator, or Clinical Administrator / Director of Nursing
