Key Responsibilities Own and deliver against the company's revenue goals across direct, channel, and enterprise sales Lead day-to-day sales operations, including coaching, feedback, and performance management of the sales team Collaborate cross-functionally to align pipeline generation, customer journey, and growth initiatives Required Qualifications 8+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years in sales leadership roles Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced or startup environments Strong grasp of revenue tools and modern sales methodologies Experience in hiring and mentoring high-performing sales organizations Media and crypto fluency is a strong plus
