Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize eAgent and Allstate software effectively to manage and update customer information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance customer interaction skills.
• Support clients with up-to-date information on our product offerings and services.
• Assist Sales team with onboarding processes when applicable.
